Lily is out!

The excitement built up like one block upon another. Then, when I saw my little baby cousin for the first time, the small tower of excitement burst up into a sky scraper. I couldn’t stop smiling as I wiggled her ear lobe. Everyone laughed. I laughed. It’s contagious.
My cousin ENTERED the world!

Aunt Michelle described her situation not as stressing or as scary, but ‘spooky’. She breast fed for 20 minutes after Lily came out. Finally we got to enter the room, and see the little critter for real. Before we were only viewing pictures and a video uncle Brad showed us. Michelle’s little ‘rubber baby’ Stuck her tongue out at all her relatives in want of seconds on milk.

Brad is going to have her as an assistant for his magic shows. My goal is to teach her how to ride a unicycle before she tries a bike. Everyone is thinking of Lily. Lily. That name is from Song of Solomon 2:1-2:

I am the rose of Sharon, and the lily of the valleys. As the lily among thorns, so is my love among the daughters.

Dan, Nathan, Renae, Dad and Mom, Aunt Jamie, Uncle Brian, Grandma, me, and of course, Brad and Machelle, circled up and prayed for the new life. Nathan played the song he made for the occasion, and we all held the baby. This gathering definitely tightened the family bond.
The excitement is dying down now; my eyelids droop as if they had cartons of rice milk pinned to them. It’s time to go to bed now, and time to think about the day. I can’t wait to change her diapers!

I just realized today that on the dashboard for JN there was a little peice text that read:

And I thought:
“Well, shoot! Lets get into the triple digits!”

Finally! Nathansband.com is complete! After hours and hours of hard work and brain storming the design, the fonts, the tag line, the content: It is here! It already blows my mind the intricacies of Gods handiwork in his creation, whats furthermore incredible is, his creation can imagine, think, calculate, design, sing, and be completely creative and create!

Our creator made humans who could create. I like my designs, just as artists are proud of their paintings. But lets try to see the bigger picture. The bigger God. The Psalm 139 God.
