What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? is a response to a nonsequitor--I may not be spelling the latter correctly. It's like a saying something completely unrelated to what one was talking about while having a conversation. Relevance. For example, I just heard about your experiences and I say out of the blue, what do you think of Alaska? I'm going to read about the yellow house next. Oh, it's American Idol I believe. I don't watch it, but it's a hot show now. I'll probably watch the reruns in 2010.
