Goobye Spain, Hello Italy…

italy.JPG Hello dear readers! (Now a grand total of two I believe)

It looks like I’m a little late in sharing my thoughts about Italy. My siblings have beat me to it! So, without further ado lets jump right in. Perhaps off one of the 400 or so bridges in Venice? Don’t hit the gondola! *splash…*

“Goodbye!” I shouted through the closing doors, “See you some time in January.” Yes, a very heart felt goodbye to my friends in Spain. One of the many I had to cram into the few days we had in our little pueblo. From the school we left to store away our unneeded possessions and then in a blur we had the van packed with our vitals and were rolling right along to the airport. In an hour or so we would be flying to Italy…

After we touched down the late night engulfed us one by one as we stepped out of the air plane. In a few moments we found ourselves in the baggage pick-up area. We had lost our instruments! Somewhere between Madrid and Italy they had gotten lost. So now I sit missing my guitar. No busking in the streets of Venice I suppose…

Tomorrow bright and early we will head into Venice once again, this time in search of a glass factory.
